York Towne House is a pleasant, well maintained and well-planned community with 200 one-bedroom apartments and 1 two-bedroom apartment managed by Community Realty Management. These apartments are specially designed to meet the needs of individuals 62 years of age and older as well as disabled or handicapped individuals of any age.  York Towne House has features to ensure the living comfort, security and recreational needs of our residents.
 
Affordable rents are made possible by the federal Government through its Department of Housing and Urban Development, Section 8 and tax credit programs.  This is a rent subsidy program which enables low income persons to live in safe, decent and sanitary housing at rents they can afford.

Each application for an apartment at Yorke Towne House will be handled by an experienced member of the staff of Yorke Towne House.  In order to determine the applicant’s eligibility for housing, it will be necessary to obtain and verify certain personal financial information.  The applicant is assured that all information is confidential and will be treated as such.
